Services; Free Fix Policy

  • We may offer a free WordPress issue resolution on a per-site, per-user basis, subject to availability and scope.
  • We may decline or refer complex/premium support requests to paid options.

Plugin Use and Data (Read-Only GSC)

  • The plugin requests only read-only Google Search Console scopes to display your own GSC metrics inside WordPress.
  • We do not perform write actions in GSC.
  • Access/refresh tokens are stored in your WordPress database; temporary tokens on our proxy expire after a short period.
  • You can disconnect the plugin at any time to stop access and remove tokens.

Intellectual Property

  • The site, plugin code, and content are owned by WP Fix Free unless stated otherwise.
  • You retain rights to your own site content and GSC data.

No Guarantees

  • We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site, plugin, or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use or inability to use our site, plugin, or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the applicable service or (b) USD $10.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, plugin, or services, or violation of these Terms.

  • We rely on third parties (e.g., Google for OAuth and Search Console APIs; Cloudflare for networking/security; your email provider for contact form delivery).
